: Continuing Education Classes :
All producers must report 24 hours of continuing education to the ND Dept of Insurance every 2 years, of which 3 hours must be Ethics.

Any producer selling Flood insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program is required to complete an approved one-time 3-hour training course.
Any producer selling Long Term Care partnership plans must complete a one-time 8-hr training course and 4 hours of ongoing training every 2 years thereafter.
