As a PIAND member, the most beneficial part of convention is the chance to see my friends and visit with them about whatever and getting to ask fellow agents, “What are you doing different?” Best way to find out what is new and usable.

Your PIA office has helped agents, companies and field persons by being there to answer questions, research problems, and just be a sounding board. Kent and Sue can either answer the question or get the answer. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for all their hard work. Each agency in ND should represent themselves at convention. It’s a very affordable way to get good info & meet company people. Trade show always helps us get to know our underwriters, face-to-face.

I am very happy with the convention because as a first timer, I was impressed with the professional, but relaxed atmosphere. Loved the enthusiasm.

Website is great reference and when one calls for something every effort is given to obtain or find what is needed. PIAND membership has helped me in many ways-networked with agents, companies educated, and us informed.

Networking with members, education—keeping us informed in what’s happening in the industry, and being our voice are among my greatest benefit as a member.
